The difference a celeb endorsement can make

We would all love to have a celebrity endorse our products but it's not simple! Or so they would have you believe! To get that illusive endorsement you have to be persistant, creative and brave.

Jenny McLaughlan, creator of, the silicon teething necklace that's perfect for mums and babies knows this well. After trying to get endorsements from celebrities, she took the bull by the horns and decided that the direct approach would work best. After tweetng Denise Van Outen she sent a Gumigem necklace to her and low and behold Denise loved it! She loved it so much she tweeted this:

Following the tweet her website was inundated with enquiries and the orders soon followed! It has made a huge difference to the business and Jenny hopes to build on this success.

So, celeb endorsements.....worth the work??? Definitely!
